Before I order

Are your curtains sold in pairs or single panels?
Our curtains are sold in pairs, with the exception of door curtains, which are sold as single units.
How do you sell your net and lace?
The brise bise net is sold by the roll. The qty on the roll does vary, from 20m - 40m. If you would like a small roll, just drop us a note and we will do our best to accommodate.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will get an email confirmation, so you know we have it and will be working on it right away.
What is the minimum order value?
Your order value should reach £175 (U.K.) for carriage to be paid. Made to measure carriage paid at £250. Overseas carriage paid (including R.O.I) at £1500.
What if my order value is below £175?
We can still work on your order, it will be subject to an admin & carriage charge of £9.50 (U.K only)
You are not showing an option available for the size I want?
We can alter a pair of curtains for you, no problem.
Do you offer a made to measure service?
Yes, we can tailor make lace and voile panels in our workroom in Nottinghamshire. The lead time for this service is 7-10 working days.

While I order

Do you take telephone orders?
Yes, please call 01623 446160 and select sales.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, or you can transfer into the bank directly.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes
How will my personal details be used?
We will NOT pass your details onto any third party except for the purpose of delivery. You will have the choice when giving us your details whether to be added to our mailing list where we will send you an occasional email with special offers and new products which we think you might find interesting

After I order

How will I know if my order has gone through?
You will get an email confirmation.
I would like to change or cancel my order.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any changes to your order before it leaves us. Please note once the order is placed, it goes directly to our warehouse, so changes are not always possible.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes. You can choose to have us despatch your item directly to the customer's home address by checking the relevant box at checkout.
How long will it take for delivery?
If ordered before 11am, you will usually get your delivery the next working day. Made to measure please allow 7-10 working days. Curtain alterations allow 48 hours before despatch.
What if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
Fedex will leave their calling card. You will need to arrange a redelivery.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, via our courier.
Do you accept returns?
No, there is not a returns guarantee.
What should I do if the item I have received is faulty?
Contact us immediately on 01623 446160 and we will get it resolved.
